My Process
Every business I work with is dealing with something unique.
Sometimes their visuals aren’t attracting the right people. Sometimes it's a website that looks fine at first glance, but doesn't convert visitors into buyers. Sometimes it's both, plus an email list full of interested people that isn’t being nurtured. The fix depends on what's actually going on, not on which package you pick.
Here's how it usually goes.
We’ll start with a call. I ask some questions about your business - what you're selling, how you're selling it, what's working, what's not, and where you think the problem is. I'll usually have a theory by the end of the call, and I'll tell you.
From there, I put together a plan based on what would actually move the needle. That might be a full rebrand. It might be rebuilding your website to convert. It might be setting up the email infrastructure you've been meaning to get to for a year. Usually it's a combination, and I'll tell you what to prioritize and why.
Then we get to work. I handle the strategy and the execution. Brand, web, email, packaging.
Here’s why most of my clients don’t leave after just one project:
Successful businesses run on systems that work in harmony. The brand launches and then there's a packaging run to think about. The website goes live and now email needs to actually drive revenue. A retail opportunity shows up and the brand needs to flex into a new format. That's the work I do best, staying close to the business and solving the next problem as it comes up, not disappearing after the logo file is delivered.
I work best with:
Founders who've built a great product, but know the brand, the site, or the systems around it aren't pulling their weight yet. People who want a partner who'll tell them the truth, not just execute a wishlist. I mostly work with product and CPG brands, and I've done strong work with service businesses too.
I'm probably not the right fit if:
You need someone to post on social media for you. You want a logo by yesterday. You're looking for the cheapest option.
If any of this sounds right, book a call. No pitch, no pressure, and you'll walk away with something useful whether we work together or not.
